How to end the day with good energy

Playing the recitation of Surah Yaseen, Ar-Rahman, and An-Nur before sleep helps create a peaceful and positive state of mind. At night, the heart and mind are more receptive, and listening to these surahs brings calm, reassurance, and remembrance of Allah’s mercy, light, and wisdom. This practice also helps integrate dunya with akhirah . Daily life is filled with work, responsibilities, and interactions, but ending the day with Qur’anic recitation gently shifts focus back to the Hereafter. It creates balance — staying engaged in the world while remaining spiritually anchored. Through this habit, rest becomes more meaningful. Sleep carries remembrance, the heart remains at ease, and awareness stays connected to both worldly life and the eternal purpose. Link: Surah Yaseen Ar-Rahmaan An-Nur

People who are in the middle should grow awareness by paying attention to both. Staying connected to children keeps us current. Staying connected to elders keeps us grounded. Ignoring either side creates gaps in understanding and making life choices. Being aware of these different learning rhythms helps families and networks stay informed, balanced, and conne...

why this blog?

I started his blog to connect with many people at once and to explore different ways of living around the world. Learning about different cultures and lifestyles helps us understand each other better, especially within families and the networks we’re part of. This space is about health, wellness, and real connection—growing more aware, open, and balanced together.
