How to end the day with good energy

Playing the recitation of Surah Yaseen, Ar-Rahman, and An-Nur before sleep helps create a peaceful and positive state of mind. At night, the heart and mind are more receptive, and listening to these surahs brings calm, reassurance, and remembrance of Allah’s mercy, light, and wisdom.

This practice also helps integrate dunya with akhirah. Daily life is filled with work, responsibilities, and interactions, but ending the day with Qur’anic recitation gently shifts focus back to the Hereafter. It creates balance — staying engaged in the world while remaining spiritually anchored.

Through this habit, rest becomes more meaningful. Sleep carries remembrance, the heart remains at ease, and awareness stays connected to both worldly life and the eternal purpose.
